Branson Hills Golf Club is unique in its own rite. Not only does the golf course use the natural beauty of the Ozark Mountains to create a stunning golf experience, it also uses the career of one of the games most colorful players to further that experience. The moment you walk into the clubhouse you get a sense of the legendary Payne Stewart; memorabilia from his playing career is displayed throughout the clubhouse and it’s amenities. Payne Stewart was always well known for his traditional approach to golf. When you enter the clubhouse you will start to get an idea of what that feeling is. The pro shop, restaurant and meeting areas are of a traditional motif, don’t let that fool you though, because there is a modern machine that is running in the background. Notice that employees are using touch screen terminals and flat screen televisions are tuned to the golf channel. It is a great marriage of traditional and modern designs.
Branson Hills utilizes five sets of tees with a par of 72 to accommodate most players abilities. The longest tees (Gold) are stretched out to 7,324 yards while short tees (Orange) play to 5,323. The golf course is a resort course but is open to the public and has a collared shirt, no denim and soft spike only dress code.
Tournaments and outings are welcome, groups of 16 or more can qualify for a discount. Branson Hills offers a wide array of services to make sure your group event is fun and the planning process is effortless. Groups can be booked out as far as six months in advance to make sure that your spot on the golf course is reserved.
